A clear, well-lit photo where faces are large and easy to see works best. Avoid screenshots, very dark photos, or photos where people are far away.

Can I add a name or message?

Yes. You can add a short text such as names, a date, or a message, engraved on the wooden LED base.

How many people can be engraved in one crystal ball?

Small (6 cm) holds up to 1 person; Medium (8 cm) holds up to 2 people, and Large (10 cm) holds up to 3 people. Fewer people than the size holds is always fine. Our designer checks your photo and suggests the right size if needed.

Does the crystal ball lamp need batteries?

No. The LED wooden base is powered by the included USB cable, so you can plug it into a phone charger, laptop, or power bank.

Is the photo printed on the crystal?

No. The photo is laser engraved inside the crystal as tiny 3D points, so it cannot be scratched, faded, or peeled off.
