Edit to add: I previously shared concerns about the long delays and lack of communication, which were true based on my experience at the time. However, I received my order, and the parcel was well packaged with quality that exceeded my expectations. I am happy with the final product and would consider ordering again given their variety of customized items. Still, clearer communication, even a simple voice note when typing is difficult — would make the process much smoother. ************************************* All the previous reviews made me expect a positive and excellent experience, but mine was completely the opposite. I feel bad saying this, but I cannot ignore how badly this was handled October 12: I called from the US to discuss a bulk order. I originally planned to place an order for 20 pieces but reduced it to 10 after discussing the details. October 25: The store said they were still waiting for my confirmation. November 3: I confirmed the order and paid the first advance of ₹4,950. It was made clear the remaining payment would be made only after the items were packed, the courier label was created, and proof was provided. November 10–19: There were no updates at all. Despite confirming the order and paying an advance, the store went completely silent. November 20: After more than two weeks, they finally provided an update. From that point onward, every message from me was met with the same copy-paste line: “It will be ready tomorrow.” No photos, no real progress, no courier details — absolutely nothing to show that anything was actually being done. Late November (as of November 25): WhatsApp messages sent during working hours mostly triggered only the automated reply. My sister had to call *twice* from Chennai just to make someone answer the phone. And even then, they only repeated the same empty promise of “tomorrow.” Another major issue was the internal handling, the older brother had given a quote and communicated clearly, but the younger brother seemed unhappy with that quote and handled the messages in an extremely disrespectful manner. This attitude alone made the process unnecessarily stressful. I had clearly stated from the start that the items needed to arrive in the US before December 10 for a birthday gift. They lacked communication. Instead, they dragged the situation out for weeks. In the end, why would anyone pay them the full amount upfront and go through this kind of hassle? As a customer, I only wanted to see if they could meet the deadline, and I was ready to pay the remaining amount as soon as the courier label was created. They couldn’t deliver — and worse, they didn’t communicate. With this level of disrespect and such careless customer service, I genuinely wonder how they are sustaining their business, maybe the customer service is different for natives of Chennai. I feel bad sharing this, but I cannot ignore how poorly this was handled. Customers deserve transparency, and experiences like this need to be shared
